The legal process of getting a Polish passport for people of Polish origin can be divided into two steps:

Step 1: we have to apply for a certificate confirming Polish citizenship;

Step 2: once we get the certificate we can apply for a Polish passport.

The first step – applying for a Polish citizenship confirmation has to  take place in Poland. To receive a certificate confirming Polish citizenship one has to submit an application at a relevant Provincial Office (Urząd Wojewódzki). Our services include preparing an application necessary to confirm our clients' Polish citizenship. If necessary, we search for any required Polish documents (birth and marriage certificates, etc.) directly in Poland. We keep in constant touch with our clients and inform them on the progress of their case.

Once you get the certificate, you will be able to apply for a Polish passport (Step 2). Yet, applying for a Polish passport can only be done in a Polish embassy in the country of your permanent residence. That's why our assistance in Poland concerns only getting the above-mentioned certificate confirming Polish citizenship.
